Rolling screw workshop:

We handle product machining with state-of-the-art German rolling machine tools and rolling molds. Our self-developed integrated online auto thermal treatment and tempering secures product precision through multi-step tracking and measurement. On top of that, we have originated a plurality of world-leading process technologies for ensuring product precision, roughness and smoothness.


Precision ground ball screw workshop:

Pre-thermal treatment materials are put into pre-finish machining, hardening and tempering in standard thermal treatment and multiple procedures of rough and fine grinding thereafter, whose precision is then checked by laser measuring instrument, in a bid to secure high product precision and lifespan.


High-precision nut workshop:
